Inserting a single image into a post & Icons for featured texts

Sorry if this duplicates another discussion, but I couldn’t find the answer…

I’ve almost completed a website using the Terra theme (www.eskdesign.com), but am having problems with two things:

1) I want to insert a small image into a page (e.g. on my About page, I just want to add a small ~350 x350 image to the right for interest/colour. I’ve tried doing this using both columns and a table, but in both cases, the alignment gets all thrown off, if the image even shows up. Solutions?

2) I cannot seem to replace the featured text icons (home page) with ones that are relevant to my work. Someone else has posted on the effect, but the solution didn’t work for me – whenever I try to replace the icons you have, everything else on the page disappears. Suggestions?
