Install Error – Parse Syntax error on line 62

    Everytime I try to install the theme I get the following error. I have deactivated all plugins, and activated the Twentyfifteen Theme and I still get the same error. Can you let me know how to correct the error. I have to delete the theme off my server to remove the message.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/62/9033262/html/weleadinternational/wp-content/themes/fortuna/includes/boc_framework.php on line 62
