Issue with fonts in Chrome

Hi,

Thanks for the great themes. Have been using it for quite some time, and upgraded from Aqua to Terra just some months ago.

Today I noticed a strange behavior with Google fonts. It works fine in IE, but not in Chrome or Opera. The thing is that Cyrillic subsets that were added to functions.php seem not to load.

In functions.php it looks like this:

wp_enqueue_style( ‘boc-fonts’, “$protocol://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:300italic,400italic,600italic,400,300,600,900&subset=latin,cyrillic|PT+Serif:400,400italic&subset=latin,cyrillic” );

Any idea of what could be causing such issue? Thanks.
