Lock home page

Last question for a few days I promise!

I have disabled the footer on the home page, as I just want to lock the the screen before the fold (ie the scroll bar on the right hand side would be inactive)

But I can get rid of the small white space at bottom of the page as show in this screen?

Is there a way of doing this?
