Margin betwen the footer and an upper row

I am wondering what may have caused this margin to appear and how to remove it? It had been OK, no margin that is, but then it appeared in all pages. My guess, it happened after I tried to swith from the fixed footer to normal. in the row setting there’s 0px margin as it should be.
