Menu colour/highlight issue

Hi guys,
Just installed Fortuna for a new site I’m working on (see: http://www.robinsonslondon.com/DEV/) and I can’t seem to set the rollover colour for the menu?
Have selected the royal blue colour for the highlight/rollover but it doesn’t seem to be having an effect.

Also, how can I change the colour of the animated text on the homepage slider image? Assuming this will also take it’s colour from the highlight/rollover colour?
