Menu Help

Hi All. I was wondering if anyone found a way to do this. I want the parent menu items not to be linked to a page but all the sub menus linked. I find for usability people generally go to the drop down rather than select the visable button.
Anyway to do this?

For example

Menu Reads: Home .. Contact.. More Info
Sub Menu About us map This is a sample

So as you can see I would like the home, contact and More info to be seen but no linked to anything and the sub menus to pages.

Any help would be apprecaited. Right now I am just duplicating the page on the main menu and in the submenu.
