Newbie needs help on demo duplicate

Hi, I just purchased the aqua theme and activated it on my wordpress dashboard. It has a shell of the basic layout when I view the site. I want to be able to start with the exact look and features of the demo, and cut back what I dont want or make the needed changes. How do I get the layout to install like the completed demo you show. Thanks in advance
