Page elements mysteriously disappearing

I’ve used Terra for the past 2-1/2 years for one site and it has been truly awesome. For some strange reason, in the past couple of weeks a number of elements on certain pages are simply not visible. Pictures and text that used to appear are not showing. I’m at a loss to understand why. I’ve updated the theme to the latest version and it didn’t solve the problem.

The “About” page was not showing at all. With the exception of the header it was completely blank. When I removed the “[container row]” elements most of the text did start to appear, but most of the photos are not showing up even though they do exist and can be viewed with an independent URL. I’ve even re-uploaded the images in question and it didn’t resolve the problem.

Most other pages are working fine, but on some of them certain elements are not displaying, leaving empty holes where those elements should go. I’m baffled. Any idea what’s causing these issues?
