Portfolio

Hi I’m using Aqua theme for a Customers website there is a few categories of portfolio item
and I want to display one portfolio category per page how do I do this rather than the default all & filters which usually comes up

Lets say page 1 = Peugeot Cars

Page 2 = Fiats

Any help Appreciated
