Portfolio and carousel images not same height

Hi,
I’m working on a copy of my live site but the images in the Portfolio page and carousel have not the same height like they have in the live site. It seems the crop works in different way but I don’t understand why. I have Terra ver. 2.0.12 on both live and copy site.

Example:

copy site: http://www2.residencecaporale.it/portfolio_item/cividale-del-friuli/
