Portfolio – Fixed Size Items

Hi,

First of all i can easily say that this is one of the best themes that i ever used.

I have a question though. Please check this http://welkin-net.com/products/

As you will understand there is a misalignment to the pictures. How can i fix this? I want standard size to the portfolio items/pictures.

Please advise.
