Responsive Theme Question and PSD files.

Hi There, two more questions. (originally posted in the wrong theme) sorry.

1. What do I have to do specifically to remove responsiveness of theme, I am not a fan of the way the sidebars appear in mobile view, (but love the template and the web version) 8 )

2. I cannot find the psd files that came with the template for the home page, I would like to use them as a starting place for editing my own slider.
