Revolution Slider Deleted

Wordpress deactivated and deleted the revolution slider from our account. When I try to upload it again I get the following error:

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: revslider.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Could not create directory. /home2/bluemoo8/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/settings
Plugin install failed.

Any ideas on how to get it back? Our 2 sites heavily relies on it in multiple places.
