RevSlider

I just purchased the Aqua theme for wordpress. Successfully configured the RevSlider plugin and also set up the home page. Everything was OK. However, when I login again to resume my work, I noticed that the slider image is no longer in my home page. I also noticed that the plugin was deactivated due to error. Not sure what the error was. Anyway, I tried to re-installed the pluggin, but it failed a few times. Can you explain what happen and also help me to re-install the pluggin.
