Styling Issue With Top Right Hand Buttons

Hi,

I am trying to raise all the social icons and the search bar by about 10px so that they are aligned with the header image. http://coloreddiamondguide.com/.

I tried playing around with the stylesheet.css and keep moving the wrong alignments. Could you help identify which lines need to be changed?
