Sub header background

I am trying to change the sub header background colour to pink to match my clients website.

I have found some custom CSS code on your support but that only changed the background of the social icons / telephone number block and left a whitespace surrounding the sub header on the top, bottom and sides.

How do I make the whole top section of the sub header this colour: #f20b96 without any white?
