Theme customisation: where is it stored

Hi I love the template. Started customising then decided I should make a child theme to future proof things. I edited contact.php on the original so I know I have to copy that over. But where are the settings stored for the items I’ve changed under “Theme Options”? (the menu colour, favicon, copyright text, sidebars etc)
