Updating Savia theme question…

Hi there,

Great theme!

One quick question…can I update only the files that are listed in the changelog separately instead of overwriting the entire theme? I would like to update one file at a time and see if anything breaks the site.
My client’s site has some weird stuff done to it that I adopted and I am apprehensive about updating.
