Video Background Browser Issue IE

When we put a video background on our home page it works well in Chrome and Mozilla. But in Internet Explorer the video overlaps the header, right now we can’t see the header. Try to view this site on IE the video background overlaps the header we can’t see our header. I hope this will be fix immediately.
