    Hi Blue Owl,

I have tried everything to imitate the Terra demo Home Style 1 page (as shown http://blueowlcreative.com/wp/terra/blue/) full-width slider, including importing the demo data file to no avail. What’s ‘wrong’ per se is that the images (my own, as well as demo data) are diluted (not sharp) regardless of resolution or size uploaded to the media library or even via FTP. I even went so far as to host the images offsite on our ProCDN with media temple, yet still no improvement. I have looked everywhere including the documentation for ThemePunch’s Revolution Slider and Terra, but nowhere is there a clear description of what the magic setting(s) might be for the images to appear crisp. I also know from reading through ThemePunch’s support on ticksy, I have to pose this question to Blue Owl since the plugin came with the theme. To be honest, I’m puzzled as to why any reference/documentation concerning the full-width slider option is scarce.

Anyway, here’s a link to the page I have been testing the imported demo content for the full-width slider: http://digital-pipeline.com/home-2-2/. You can see that the images are comparatively much lower resolution than in the Terra theme Home Style 1 demo and/or this theme (http://themeforest.net/item/ewa-bootstrap-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/4661526).

P.S. Almost all of the images I uploaded to my actual index page full-width slider are 1980 x 481 px at 72dpi. Also, the images look great in the Revolution Slider preview, but on the front-end they look reduced in quality.

Please offer any suggestions. I love this theme and want to do the theme and my enterprise justice with quality images.

    Cordially,

    Danielle
