WP 4.2.3 breaks sites with shortcodes

Hi BlueOwl,

We have a multisite installation using your Aqua theme:
-English (www.massphoning.com)
-Spanish (www.massphoning.com/es/)
As soon as we update from 4.2.2 to 4.2.3, our English homepage (www.massphoning.com) breaks. We network-deactivated all plugins and restored our files and database several times, but the problem goes on. It seems to be a problem related to WP 4.2.3 colliding with many themes due to security changes and shortcodes:

If you compare both pages: http://www.massphoning.com and http://www.massphoning.com/es/ there must be some difference (some say it has to be with the use of nested ” and ‘) but we are at a loss here.
