Error install demo content

Hello,

I’m trying out the demo content, but I could not

I already add: set_time_limit (180); and define ( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’256M’); in
my file wp-config.php

And install the plugin WordPress plugin to reset the database and delete the entire contents of the folder Uploads but nothing works

The error I get is:
