Fortuna Theme Options Not Updating

My theme options have stopped updating. I just went live with the site and needed to change out to a new logo and update the social media icons. The pages seem to be still updating but not the theme options. Now I get a No Image icon. No matter what I try to update in theme options it will not save and update.

I have systematically deactivated plugins, made sure there is no caching. All programs and plugins are up to date.
