Creating homepages like the demo

hello, I just bought the Fortuna theme, but I can’t find myself on it yet. It says there is “50+ predesigned templates” and a “stack of ready to use pages”, but I can’t find where they are. I need help in creating a home page exactly as one of your demo options, please.
