Hi,
I’m developing a site and the navigation menu isn’t showing up on Internet Explorer.http://pwbid.hummingbirdwebdesign.com/
I did some research and it seems to be a common problem. I’ve read to add <!DOCTYPE html> to the index.php. What do you recommend and please be specific as to where I place this code.
