Issues with Animation and Button Hover

Hi Im having trouble removing all of the animation from my homepage slider. I have dug around through a few forums and the documentation but I am still having trouble with this. Also I am struggling with a changing the color of a button to white when hovered.

Here is the site: http://larosa.logangattis.com/ It is the first rev slider under the nav bar. I would like to remove all of the slide animation and just have a static slider with the two call to action buttons. The CTA button on the left is blue with white text and i would like to inverse it out when hovered so (white bg and blue text)

Any help Would be AWESOME!
