Fortuna conflicting with propgation of site

HI,
I created a sub domain installed Fortuna and built a website, now I’m trying to launch the site, but for some reason it won’t work. when I switch themes to twenty eleven the site works. I downloaded latest version of fortuna 1.60 and am running 4.5.3. Can you please advise me as to what I should do. I’ve been on the phone several times today with my hosting company, Bluehost and they’re pretty sure the problem is with the theme.
