Image Size in Image Carousel

Hi, I have an image carousel and an image gallery set up on this page http://www.symbiotic.co.za/wordpress/index.php/pr-approach/

I am trying to get the images to look the same size on the page, regardless of whether they are landscape or portrait (i.e. all the images must be equal height and equal width, although the height and the width don’t have to equal each other). The lightbox that opens can show the original dimensions – I only want the preview on the web page to show equal size images.

I have selected the option “Fixed Image Size” but it doesn’t work.

Currently the images are equal width, but not equal height.

How do I do this please? Thank you!!
