Bundled Plugin Activation – Expected Behavior

I just purchased your theme and I am trying to understand how the VC and Slider Revolution activation. I was under the impression the theme included the premium version of the plugins, not the free versions. Is this not the case?

Also, the “Edit Profile” option is 404 from cloudfront. I would like to change my username away from my email, for obvious reasons.
