Copy and Paste Template Sections to Other Pages

How do I copy and paste a section of one template into another? For example, I would like to copy the three top icon boxes layout near the top of the Services 4 template into another page I’m working on. Is there an easy to do this in backend editor mode? (in classic mode there is just a lot of text). Thanks.
