Fortuna Portfolio CPT plugin

Hi,
I’m not sure what’s going on but all was fine until my domain was automatically updated WordPress to 4.5. I have since installed the latest version of Fortuna theme. When I try to access any of the portfolios I’ve created I get 404 message page not found. when I installed the latest Fortuna theme version i saw a message to activate the Fortuna Portfolio CPT plugin and when I did that it said no plugin found but when I went to my plugins I see it there and its activated.
What do you recommend?
