Implement Yoast breadcrumb function in Fortuna

Hey there,

thanks for your awesome theme, it works like a charme.

There is only one thing, I’d like to change. Is there an easy way to replace your breadcrumb function with those of the yoast plugin? I tried to do it myself, but I wasn’t able to find the right spot, where I should place the Yoast breadcrumb code.

Background: Why do I like to change it?
I have sometimes long titles for my pages, which are at the moment completely displayed in the breadcrumbs. If you’re in a child-page, this destroys the design. With Yoast I’ll be able to replace the breadcrumb title with a shorter custom one.
