Logo in Header

Hi, I want to try not having a logo (or anything except the navigation) in my header.
In Theme Options – Header I have left the logo box blank so there is nothing in there. I also have not imported any demo data. However, on the pages where I don’t use a transparent header the Fortuna logo appears! Can you tell me how to get rid of it please? I am working locally.
