Mega Menu Not Displaying Menu Items

Hi, we have installed Fortuna theme for our website and have added mega menu to one of the menu-items by following all the steps as per your theme documentation. But, the menu-items under the mega-menu are not displaying. Instead an empty black overlay is visible without text. Kindly look into the issue.
