migration + changing url in sqldump = errases fortuna config

I’m trying to automatically migrate my WP to another server with another domain.
In order to do that I need to follow few steps:
1. Migrate all wp files.
2. Dump DB on old site
3. Update all urls in db dump file (doing via sed in bash)
4. Restore changed DB.

And everything works beside Fortuna config. Its blank. If I do not change urls everything is fine.

I need to have this migration to be automatic.
Can you help me with that please?
