On mobile only, Video backgrounds not playing and Transparent Header not showing

Hello, I’m using a background video os a testimonial, based on the model/template you provided on the “Custom Header” page. The background video is a link to you tube, the same as in your demo page. It works beautifully on the desktop, but on the ipad the logo and the transparent header are missing, and the background video won’t play. Do you know how can I solve this?
