smooth scrolling single page

I would like to create smooth scrolling effect to a pagesection if i push a button on my homepage with the link http://www.mydomain.com/#section_intro. Just as smooth as in your single page example; http://blueowlcreative.com/wp/fortuna/home-page/single-page/.

How can i create the same effect?
