Top Icon Box spacing

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to remove the extra spacing at the bottom of a Top Icon box.

I am using the icon top box with a link and the header text, but not using the text box portion, and then I am putting a border around the column. But it’s stretching the border down to where the text box would normally be. See http://valeriemanha.renewnh.com/.

Is there anyway to get rid of that extra space?
