transparent header

Hello,
I’m ready to launch this site and notice that some things aren’t right anymore.
1. I set the header to be 100% transparent and now it is not. In theme options >transparent header> sliding bar is set to 0.
2. I’m running 1.50 version of Fortuna. is this the latest version? I also just installed new version of js composer. i did this from my downloads at Envato. would this be the best place to get the most recent version?
3. the dropdown menu looks great but not in Internet Explorer 10. the titles in the tabs are not justified left. here is a screenshot.

4. When in Chrome some of the images in the portfolio are not visible in the slider, 2 of the images show but the 3rd does not. but when you click on and open to lightbox all images are visible. Any ideas why this would happen?
