Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer

Hi. I’ve installed and been using Ult. for VC for a while. It has an update. TO update the addon it needs its licence to be activated through a link like this: http://xxx.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=bsf-registration&id=6892199&_wpnonce=520a6b0f06

But it gives an error like this: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
